WELCOME MESSAGE FROM THE BRUSSELS CSC
The Brussels CSC is looking forward to welcoming all Celtic fans travelling to Brussels for the Champions’ League tie against Anderlecht on Wednesday, 27 September.
It is fourteen years since Celtic last played here. Since then, we have met many of the Celtic friends we made on that occasion on our travels supporting the Bhoys across Europe. So now it is our pleasure to welcome you back here again.
Our headquarters, the Old Oak bar in the Schuman area of Brussels is gearing up for the occasion and will be the centre of activity before and during the match. It is possible to travel directly to the stadium by metro (underground) from the Old Oak.
We are aware that because the Anderlecht stadium has quite limited capacity, many of the travelling support will not have tickets. Indeed, none of us have tickets either! So we have prepared a souvenir programme to commemorate Celtic in Brussels 2017. Our members will be distributing this on the day of the match wherever Celtic fans gather. In the meantime, if you would like to have an advance copy, you can download it from this site.
We have also produced a souvenir t-shirt for the occasion which will be on sale exclusively in the Old Oak. But if you cannot wait to come to Brussels to get your t-shirt, you can order it now via the site.
Last, and by no means least, the Old Oak is very generously raffling four tickets for the Anderlecht match. Tickets will be available at the Old Oak and the draw will take place at 10.30 pm on Tuesday, 26 September. Full details of this exceptional opportunity are available on the site.
You can keep in touch in real time right up to kick-off on 27 September by following us on Twitter (@brusselscsc) and on Facebook (Brussels CSC)
We wish all Celtic fans a memorable visit to Brussels – both on and off the pitch!
Hail, Hail,
Seán O’Reagain
Chairman, Brussels CSC
